How does salary conversion work?

You pay a monthly installment for 36 months via salary conversion. This always includes an all-round protection package, which includes theft and damage protection, a maintenance package and the free Europe-wide mobility guarantee.

In the case of salary conversion, you receive part of the contractually agreed salary not in cash, but as a payment in kind for the period during which the company bicycle is provided. An amendment is made to the employment contract by means of a so-called supplementary agreement in which your future salary is reduced by a fixed amount (usually in the amount of the conversion rate) for the duration of the transfer of use.
